Realme confirms GT Neo6 SE will have Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset

Realme revealed the GT Neo6 SE smartphone is coming soon and revealed its chipset. The new upper-midranger will be among the first with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, alongside the OnePlus Ace 3V.

According to the brand, the new chip is “the same” as Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 because they share the architecture and 4 nm process technology.

If Realme’s hint is correct, this means the new SoC will have a CPU consisting of a 1+3+2+2 core combination, although the OnePlus Ace 3V already appeared on Geekbench with a different 1+4+3 combo with a 2.8 GHz clock on the prime core.

Realme’s announcement is the first time the brand acknowledged the existence of such a phone. The information confirms a rumor from last week when we heard the phone might also have an LTPO OLED screen, which would be an improvement over the regular OLED panel on the predecessor Realme GT Neo5 SE.
