iQOO introduced the iQOO 12 in India a few weeks ago, and the next smartphone it will launch in India is the iQOO Neo9 Pro, which was unveiled last week and is currently China-exclusive.
iQOO has announced it will launch the iQOO Neo9 Pro in India in February but is yet to reveal the date. However, iQOO posted an image on X teasing the Neo9 Pro’s red-white version with faux leather back, confirming its launch in the country.
iQOO also introduced the Neo9 in China last week, and it remains to be seen if the Indian Neo9 Pro will share specs with the Chinese Neo9 Pro or if it will be a rebranded Neo9. The Neo7 Pro launched in India last year was a rebadged Neo7 Racing launched in China.
Regardless, the iQOO Neo9 and Neo9 Pro are similar smartphones, with the most significant differences being different processors and ultrawide cameras. The Neo9 Pro comes with the Dimensity 9300 SoC and 50MP ultrawide camera, while the Neo9 has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 at the helm and sports an 8MP ultrawide unit. The Neo9 also features Bluetooth 5.3 instead of Bluetooth 5.4 and comes in different memory configurations.
