George Zhao, Honor CEO, shared an image of one Honor Magic6 smartphone, talking extensively about the inspiration behind the green paint job and the camera island.
He explained how the five-thousand-year history of the Chinese civilization, stone cutting in the 19th century and “the vitality of all things in nature” inspired the creation of a squircle.
Setting the marketing lingo aside, we can see the Magic6 series will stick to the three-camera design. Later, the leakster Digital Chat Station shared images of the Magic6 Pro from all angles ahead of their publishing on the official Honor store. From those, we see that Honor Magic6 Pro will have three storage choices – 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB.
The company is hosting a big two-day event next week. On January 10-11, Honor will introduce the Magic6 series and the MagicOS 8.0 interface but has yet to release a detailed timetable for when each product will be announced.
