I want to start by saying I have NEVER been a sleep mask person, but someone recommended trying one for travel (there are so many lights in a hotel room that you canāt shut out). What a difference maker! There are carve outs for your eyes, so you donāt have your eyelashes and lids feeling smooshed. I was worried that it would mess up my hair/leave an imprint where the strap was, but it didnāt. It has a nice, satiny texture but doesnāt slide off your face thanks to the adjustable strap. This is now a travel necessity for meā no light slipping through and disturbing your sleep.
